Radiation-Free!!

Bill is now radiation-free, his eye is mending, and after a few more post-op visits, we will be doing scans and tests every 6 months to make sure the cancer hasn't/doesn't spread anywhere else.

Hardest parts for Bill:
~having to be a patient~how little you wear for eye surgery!!
~realizing he is now a patient for life
~realizing what affects him affects us, and others
Hardest parts for me:
~needing to limit being around Bill during radiation days (for me & kids)
~not being able to do much about pain for him
~to think you have a grasp of what's going on, & find out you don't. repeatedly.

All I can say is that God is good, and He continually has met us where we are and made sure to let us know He is there, and we can trust Him. We are blessed.
